The Vendor Administrator will be responsible for monitoring service provider agreements as well as be the main point of contact for service provider inquires.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure each vendor is contracted and FacilitySource has updated information (COI, W9, etc.)
Interacts closely with service providers to ensure they get the answers they need in a timely manner
Providers proper record keeping and documentation for all service provider activities
Responsible for troubleshooting all vendor problems – may report vendor queries such as delays in disbursements of payments to management for corrective actions

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required
