The mission of the Digital Advisory & Client Experience Team is to create compelling, consistent, and differentiated experiences that deliver sustainable value through integrated marketing and wealth management solutions. The Digital Product Marketing Specialist will work with Client Engagement team, Wealth Management product team and Marketing team to drive digital client advisory solutions that aims to increase awareness and adoption of all IPB Digital Wealth Management tools.
The Digital Specialist will be responsible for all client advisory & servicing communications by leveraging data and digital capabilities to create impactful interactions with clients that increase awareness, drive adoption and position the technology as a key central resource to increase reach and client satisfaction. The key objective for the role is to optimize the use of varied communication strategies across multiple channels with the appropriate frequency to drive consumption of wealth management solutions to applicable clients.
Pre-Requisites:
Develop a deep understanding of the technology product offerings (e.g., Client Relationship Management, Client Online & Mobile Platforms usage, Digital Engagement Manager & Digital Client Care collaboration tools).
Leverage Data and business intelligence tools to drive client insights that demonstrates positive change in client digital behavior.
Build and maintain strong relationships internally within the Digital Bank team and with cross-functional teams like product, segments, marketing, control etc.
Create and maintain content and training collaterals, including eDMs, training scripts, guides and FAQs on both wealth management product and platforms.
Participate in client engagement sessions when applicable.
Deliver virtual training sessions via scheduled online collaboration portals.
Provide quantitative and qualitative metrics that demonstrates both client and internal users digital adoption, activity and experiences that drive digital maturity & loyalty.
Awareness of regulatory, compliance and controls related framework in digital communication, advisory & servicing.
Qualifications
Masters Degree in Management, Information Management or Computer Science essential
Minimal 10+ years working experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics and/or CRM solutions
Experience in Wealth Management Banking and/or Financial sector
Exposure to Marketing automation technology & business intelligence tools like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Tableau, SAS will be an added advantage
Ability to engage with senior management and stakeholders in communicating strategy as well as disciplined execution with eye for details
Possess strong leadership skills to independently drive projects through cross-functional team collaboration
Strong oral & written skills that can be effectively used for client and internal communication
