You'll spend most of your time working hands on in a cross-functions team to produce innovative outcomes for our clients by providing financial reporting and analysis.
Your team will include a variation of Business Intelligence associates with focus on Product Management, Client Analytics, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Analysis. All associates work together to deliver improvements to both our stakeholders and clients.
You will be the voice of data within the company, working alongside Operations to understand the market and gather insights on cost saving initiatives.
The team is responsible for defining and maintaining data sources, reports, metrics, and developing SOPs for existing and new reports.
When you're part of this team you will also be a part of additional projects as assigned involving, but not limited to continuous improvement, organization growth, research, and driving internal business decisions.
ABOUT YOU: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
You have a 4-Year Degree in related field with 0-3 years of prior analytical experience
Advanced user of MS Excel with experience creating complex formulas, PivotTables, and dynamic sheets
You have experience with relational databases and writing basic SQL queries
Tableau, SAS, Python, or R experience is a plus
Technologically savvy with strong analytical and problem solving skills and an eye for detail while remaining organized for team transparency, which will add to our culture of promoted team work to achieve the best outcomes
Strong communication skills to provide various stakeholders, from Senior Management to being onsite without clients, while maintaining insights into the data and what story the data is telling us
Multi-tasker and have the ability to prioritize time sensitive duties across multiple departments
Willing to learn any needed experience to join the team in staying up to date on technology, allowing us to keep in line with our company motto to stay UP. AND RUNNING.
