This position is a part of the FAS Individual Giving team and is responsible for coordinating prospect pipeline activities across FAS by performing a wide range of duties to ensure smooth daily operations, effective administration, and clear communications for activities supporting major and principal gift fundraising for Arts and Sciences. These activities include organizing prospect review meetings, maintaining the integrity of the FAS solicitation pipeline, supporting screening and rating efforts, and coordinating invitation lists and administrator pipelines for select high-profile regional prospect cultivation events. She/he will work closely with the Prospect Management and Research teams to ensure the FAS solicitation pipeline is accurate and that our prospect activities are focused on those prospects who are most able and likely to make major and principal gifts to the FAS. S/he works independently, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced work environment with multiple and changing priorities. S/he anticipates and resolves problems, thinking creatively to assist in developing internal strategies to accomplish office-wide, management-driven goals. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate weekly high-level, solicitation focused, prospect strategy meetings (Top 25). Manages and maintains solicitation pipeline(s). Drive and facilitate screening and rating efforts. Works with FAS Individual Giving leadership to maintain and prioritize high-level cultivation event invitation lists and administrator travel pipeline. Coordinates with prospect management, frontline fundraisers, and staff-assistants to ensure consistent application of prospect management policy. Assists in training of officers and staff-assistants on prospect management policy and its application in the Advance database. Master current and participate in the development of new reporting to manage FAS pipeline and volunteer assignment coordination. Conceptualize and create presentation materials for managers. Works with Individual Giving leadership team as a liaison to Business Intelligence team to help leadership make decisions informed by data. Handle wide range of confidential materials, including e-mail correspondence. Serves as liaison to Prospect Management for ad-hoc prospect-related projects as assigned such as prospect pool and giving analyses. May perform other related job duties as required.

Minimum of three years related administrative experience; experience using Microsoft Office software, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and must occasionally work additional evening and weekend hours.
Two to three years related executive administrative and coordination experience preferred, including experience supporting senior/executive level staff.
