Job Summary The Associate Administrator, Data and Analytics Officer reports to the Senior Vice President of Finance and assists the executive team in delivering analysis, metrics, and regulatory reporting across Harris Health System. Work product directly impacts information delivered to the Harris Health's Board of Trustees, Commissioners Court, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS), Texas Health and Human Services Commission, and other national, state and local regulatory bodies. The role is responsible for the most extensive and comprehensive continuum of data services within Harris Health. Oversees deliverables, processes and provides strategic guidance in directing activities, systems, and staff from multiple data analytics and informatics departments. Facilitates effective use of business analytics to improve operations and strategic planning. Promotes ongoing development of business intelligence tools and financial reporting systems that provide useful and actionable information to leaders at all levels across the organization and stakeholders outside Harris Health. Actively leads / participates in System-level data management and data governance processes. Models dedication to staff development, fiscal responsibility, strategic vision, system modernization, and advancement of data analytics and disciplines.
Bachelor: Bachelor's degree in computer science, decision sciences, business or equivalent work experience
Work Experience: 10 Years of Experience in healthcare IT, decision support, data analytics
Management Experience:5 Years of Experience in healthcare progressive management roles
Communication Skills: Above average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking), Writing/ Correspondence, Writing/ Reports
