The purpose of this position is to provide analysis and reporting on the health of projects and processes within various portfolios and maintaining the Frontier system repository.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyzes Frontier and Global PMO project data and makes recommendations on topics such as Portfolio Optimization, Budget/Cost Management, Project Health, Resource Capacity Management, Project Plan Practices, etc.
Creates and designs Global PMO and Frontier weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports for and stakeholders (Executives, Project Managers, Portfolio Owners, Resource Managers, etc.).
Analyzes and tracks effectiveness of reports by measuring consumption of reports and their resulting risks and impact on driving the desired actions.
Reports on data quality, completeness, consistency and integrity; publishes monthly data quality metrics. Communicates findings and supports Project and Program managers to maintain a high level of project data quality.
Works with Process/Governance/Training teams to ensure processes and practices are being followed.
Assesses and identifies areas for improvement in the project and program lifecycle and develops analyses and reporting to target and monitor improvement trends.
Identifies and maintains required policies and procedures for data input and management of data in the project repository; communicates to and supports the organization's efforts to enter and update projects in the repository.
Evaluates industry standards and best practices to address Frontier specific capabilities, tools and processes.
Maintains the Global PMO data dictionary (Frontier data fields, their intended purpose, when they are required).
Maintains the Frontier system repository: Maintains lists and continuously assesses overall health of repository and recommends action to improve overall site quality.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university with an emphasis in either Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field. Minimum three years of related experience and/or training.
Knowledge of Project Management, Finance and Resource Management processes preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Professional in Business Intelligence certification preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Proficient in the following tools: Microsoft Project Server 2010/2013, Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010/2013, Excel 2010/2013 and Excel Services, MS SQL Reporting Services.
Proficient with the following tools: Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013, Microsoft Project Professional 2013.
Proficient in data visualization techniques.
