We are looking for a Business Intelligence Business Analyst to work in our corporate office in Brentwood, TN ! It’s hard to pinpoint a “typical” day here (and who wants typical anyway?), but in summary, you will work closely with organizational stakeholders and customers to review and understand business processes, facilitate and gather detailed business requirements for Business Intelligence (BI) development efforts, and create and maintain documentation for BI reporting, applications and outputs. This role is focused on requirements gathering, documentation of existing and emerging reporting processes, and collaborating across departments to ensure BI development outputs meet the needs of the organization and our clients. What You’ll Do for Us: Facilitates business requirements gathering sessions for BI development initiatives Works with BI development teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements Creates and maintains documentation of the BI reporting environment Serves as a BI representative in cross-department discussions Partners with organizational stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the product lines Premise Health offers Assists in the publishing and maintenance of department roadmaps Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in a Business Analyst role in the Healthcare field, four years if in another industry Experience analyzing requirements, deriving work estimates, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple business units Possess a high level of focus and attention to detail Exemplary written and verbal communication skills Experience with MS SQL environments Skilled with Excel, SQL queries and database methodologies Experience with BI visualization tools Comfortable working with large, cross-functional groups of stakeholders with limited supervision Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field Experience presenting requirements to senior and executive level leadership Experience with Qlik Sense and MS SQL Server Reporting Services Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Experience with the healthcare industry Certified Business Analyst Professional certification What We’ll Do for You: At Premise Health, you’re not an employee – you’re a team member.
