Manage and participate with project activities related to the evaluation, selection, implementation, specification and development of business process applications. Manage system development efforts. Supervise staff; track and monitor completion of assigned tasks. Prepare progress reports and update management and users regarding status. Oversee system testing. Manage business process applications activities with technical groups and user areas. Oversee identification and analysis of data integrity and performance problems. Recommend solutions to improve data integrity and performance. Ensure on-going applications support.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education: Courses in business and information systems (e.g., Advance/CS)
Required Experience: 5+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with the design, development and implementation of complex systems. Must include experience with large scale administrative systems, web based applications and business intelligence tools, as well as experience working with compliance controls, as well as staff supervision.
Preferred Experience: Large scale application implementation, management of integrations, and development of web base applications.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience with JAVA, J2EE, PL SQL, VB, C++. Relevant courses in web programming, Java, systems analysis, database systems.
