As a member of the Systems Engineering Developer Team you can look forward to working with a small experienced team who’s “no two days are alike”. The Systems Engineering Team’s primary responsibility is the secure bundling and distribution, deployment, configuration, preservation and state control of NISC’s ever evolving product offerings. Additionally, we assist our customer base in a collaborative environment to identify, design and provide solutions.

Develop, maintain and support UI and underlying processes used for the system administration of NISC's applications entire life-cycle.
Assist in performing installation, configuration, task upgrades, hardware troubleshooting, and performance analysis to support NISC applications.
Provide superior customer support to internal and external customers.
Support customers in all aspects of troubleshooting, training, and ongoing support.
Utilize all support tools as directed.
Create change requests (CRs) and follow up on resolution.
Perform research of general technical problems, resolve issues for Members, and verify changes or enhancements.
Participate in the staging, installation, configuration, and training for NISC equipment.
Serve as the primary support for the system administration of all NISC supported servers.
Participate in developing and delivering training.
May assist with the Member Information Conference and other internal Technical Services Initiatives.
