POSITION TITLE: Coordinator - Operations DEPARTMENT: Ticket Operations Department REPORTS TO: Associate Director of Ticket Operations STATUS: Non-Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY (PURPOSE OF POSITION): Provide overall support to ticket sales and service department, including, but not limited to: ticket sales, ticket operations, and business intelligence departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES: • (20%) - In conjunction with Associate Director of Ticket Operations, implement and manage operations of non-athletics events as they pertain to ticket operations, including but not limited to: o Gopher Loyalty Program o M-Club Membership & Events o Donation and Philanthropic Event Registration and Reporting • (15%) - In conjunction with Foundation manage Gopher Score and DMS processes to ensure accuracy • (10%) - Coordinate Season Ticket Holder events - including, but not limited to: o Gopher Loyalty Program events o Season Ticket retention events o Prospecting events • (10%) - Verify eligibility for Season Ticket Holder Discounts – including, but not limited to: o M-Club o Young Alumni o Athletic Department Faculty & Staff • (10%) - Search and combine duplicate accounts in Paciolan to ensure Gopher Score accuracy • (10%) - Assist ticket operations department as backup to help manage ticket offices when needed and other duties as assigned • (10%) In conjunction with the Associate Director of Ticket Operations, oversee ticket operations and management of sports and events as assigned. • (5%) - Assist ticket sales department on prospecting, renewal and group theme night events, when needed • (5%) - Football Responsibilities – including, but not limited to: o Assist in football ticket sales/operations • (5%) - Other duties as assigned by Associate Director or Assistant Athletic Director of Ticket Operations

WORK SCHEDULE: • Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5pm • Special game day duties may require weekend work and/or evening scheduling • Away game travel may be required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet the following minimum requirements • One (1) year of college athletics or professional sports customer service, sales, fundraising or operations experience
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:One (1) year of college athletics or professional sports customer service, sales, fundraising or operations experience • Innovative and enthusiastic – able to think outside the box • One year of college athletics or professional sports customer service, sales, fundraising or operations experience • Proven ability to meet deadlines • HTML experience or desire to learn • Experience with Paciolan or similar ticketing system • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of products • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service background • Ability to work non-standard hours, including nights and weekends • Experience supervising ticket operations for collegiate sporting events
