Job Description The Account Management Coordinator will work with and provide support, communication, and coordination to the Defined Contribution & Advisory Resources Group. The ideal candidate will enhance client relationships by providing outstanding service, manage multiple projects simultaneously, take initiative to think through the assignment and independently take action to move work forward.
Working with Senior managers and Account managers to create PowerPoint presentations for client meetings
Work with the Event Management/SMP team for all client events hosted at MFS to ensure meeting
Coordinates all team meetings, conference calls and speaker series as requested for assigned group. Act as the central point of contact for administrative needs including meeting and agenda preparation, maintaining department distribution contact lists, and taking meeting minutes.
Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) & c360 team to create and print reports and extract data that transferred into PowerPoint presentations.
Develop, communicate and implement workflow procedures relative to meeting, mailings and other relationship management functions. Communicate issues or trends relative to workflow, operational, or compliance issues that arise in course of job responsibilities.
Assist the department head in monitoring the department's budget.
Act as a primary resource for service support activities such as scheduling, travel arrangements, coordinate and prioritize calendar requests, and provide phone coverage for assigned senior managing directors within group.
Field client inquiries; properly assess their needs and direct them to a solution. Independently use discretion and judgment to determine the appropriate information to send and the urgency of the request; Ensure satisfaction with service was received. Escalate requests as required.
Process expenses for senior managing directors, utilize and understand FINRA non-cash guidelines to ensure compliance.
Act as department coordinator for all department new hires. Processing logistics such as scheduling interviews coordinate new hire system access, setting up meetings and equipment. Provide training and guidance of company policy and procedure to new department personnel.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3 - 5 years' experience preferred.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal direction, organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail in order to meet deadlines.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work effectively and demonstrated leadership skills in a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated fluency in Microsoft Office suite applications and CRM, along with strong PowerPoint presentation skills required.
