Highline is recruiting for two Business Systems Analyst positions, one focussing on Student Services/PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, and one focussing on Finance and Human Resources/PeopleSoft Finance and HCM. Reporting to the Associate Director of Information Technology Services (ITS), the Business System Analysts provide a functional, technical and business analysis role for the implementation and ongoing support of the ctcLink (PeopleSoft) administrative systems. The incumbent must be proficient and manage all aspects of their respective ctcLink PeopleSoft modules and work as a liaison among department staff and project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, prioritize, clarify validate and document requirements for changes to business processes and information systems in support of department and college objectives. The Business Systems Analysts will collaborate with ITS staff and subject matter experts to develop query and reporting solutions within the ctcLink PeopleSoft system. This position is expected to provide a project and organizational change management role within and between departments and provide training/job aids and knowledge transfer to department staff where required. Associates degree in business, education, public administration, technology or closely related field from an accredited college or university; AND
Three years of work experience in a college or university Registration, Admissions, Enrollment, Financial Aid, and/or Student Services departments (Campus Solutions) or Three years of work experience in a Finance and/or HR department (Finance/HCM); AND
Two years of experience in a technical and functional role providing business analysis and systems support for a college administrative information system and/ or enterprise resource planning (ERP) or other complex information system.
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, education, public administration, technology or closely related field from an accredited college or university;
Functional leadership or Subject Matter Expert experience in PeopleSoft's Campus Solutions, Finance, and/or Human Capital Management module, including PeopleSoft Query and Business Intelligence tools;
Experience providing organizational change management and business processes improvement solutions and tools;
Certification(s) in Project Management, Change Management, ITIL, Lean and/or Business Process Reengineering, or other directly applicable areas.
