We are seeking a Project Manager who will lead all phases of a diverse portfolio delivery life cycle and consults for other projects and address opportunities for process improvements and inspiring change.
Manage large complex projects or multiple projects of moderate complexity.
Work on significant and unique assignments of diverse and complex scope.
Engage and sustain ongoing relationships with multi-functional teams and partners.
Demonstrate understanding of and knowledge in methods and project management and apply this in all stages of project across Finance teams such as Financial Planning, General Accounting, Payroll, Financial Risk Assessment and Treasury and external teams.
Able to influence related processes among user groups to make them more efficient.
Review, prioritize and track progress of issues that affect the project work.
Guide project team members and monitor progress for assigned projects to assure deadline, standards, and cost target are met.
Ensure compatibility and consistency with enterprise standards including integration of related projects and adjustments to project scope.
5+ years of experience working with financial business systems and related data and 3 years working with a Financials ERP and some experience in BI (business intelligence) software such as Cognos or Tableau.
BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, technical discipline or equivalent experience is required.
PMP certification is preferred and must remain active.
Solid grasp of cloud environments is helpful.
Solid understanding of accounting and budgeting concepts.
Ability to perform business analysis.
Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and running multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing Projects in an Agile/Scrum Environment is preferred.
