Des Moines University is currently accepting applications for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who will serve as a technical expert in analysis, collection, design, development, testing, and/or debugging of data for enterprise software applications. The position will administer and implement systems and technology that supports business intelligence needs of the organization. This individual is accountable for providing leadership and independent initiatives in facilitating information of high value to support decision making demands. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst participates in complex projects and assists in estimating and planning for future collection and analysis of data work and performs complex system integration tasks.

Bachelor’s degree or four years equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five years of relevant IT experience required.
Three years of experience in a business intelligence role preferred.
Fundamental understanding of SQL, ETL development, and the technical aspects of business intelligence and reporting tools such as SSRS and Power BI.
Demonstrative ability in BI development, data models, and data science.
Excellent PC Knowledge and skills; including but not limited to Microsoft family of software’s: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Office 365, SharePoint.
