Tax Manager, Reporting & Strategy (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, New York, NY. Provide tax consulting, redesign, compliance and accounting services to various companies. Improve organization’s collaboration and performance through research, analytics and technologies. Manage tax planning for multinational US companies or publicly traded entities in the areas of tax compliance and consulting services. Enhancing tax reporting process through increased automation, integration of quality data, and developing analytical capabilities. Supervise teams and provide feedback in a timely manner. Manage resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, and billing and collections. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Certification(s) required: U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or foreign equivalent, Enrolled Agent, Member of the Bar, Project Management certification (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt/Lean Black Belt/Master Black Belt, Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), SAP Certified Professional, or Oracle Certified Professional.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Providing tax planning for multinational clients including tax compliance and consulting services;
- Working with tax tools and resources including tax provision preparation software such as OneSource, Corptax, Hyperion Tax Provision, and/or Longview Tax;
- Implementing ERP Systems such as SAP and Oracle;
- Understanding of tax-related data analytics; and
- Must have comprehensive provision preparation with ASC 740 and ASC 740-10.
Travel up to 20% is required.
