The Enrollment Services Business Analyst analyzes continuous improvement efforts within the college to advance the institution's mission and enrollment processes. The position works as part of an Institutional Research Assessment and Effectiveness team to deliver high value software solutions that contribute to the success of our technology initiatives in an Agile environment. The Business Analyst provides overall guidance to ensure the college adheres to effective principles and practices. This includes sprint team backlog grooming, estimating and sizing efforts, release planning, sprint planning daily standups, and retrospectives. This position works with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve, drives quicker delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity, actively engages in defining and managing action items, identifying issues and risks, adjusting scope, and identifying tasks necessary to complete planned work. This position supports the advancement of equity and inclusion outcomes across the institution. Specific duties include: - Drive quicker delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity and continuous improvement efforts that support institutional effectiveness to support enrollment activities.
- Create, evaluate, review and manage process improvement efforts within the college. Document all pertinent end user information using existing departmental procedures and tools.
- Provide backup support services to other analysts.

- Strong efficiency improvement knowledge and ability to have difficult conversations
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, analyze and find creative solutions while under deadline
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications: - Advanced degree in data science, statistics, math or technology from an accredited institution
- 2 or more years implementing, supporting or integrating a CRM and/or business intelligence tools
- Project management experience
- IT resource management experience
- IT infrastructure (hardware, servers, network, security) experience
- Database (design, SQL, queries, performance tuning) experience
- Production support / DevOps experience
