We are currently searching for a Senior CSF Analyst of Standards in our Frisco office location.
The Senior CSF Analyst of Standards is a vital position on the team that owns the content of our security and privacy framework, the HITRUST CSF. You will participate in the development, maintenance, and evolution of the framework, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of organizations globally for the protection of sensitive information and compliance with security and privacy related regulations, standards, and frameworks.
You will rarely be required to travel, making this the perfect job for someone looking to be closer to home. We are looking for a strong communicator to help take our framework to the next level. This job is not about ticking boxes in an assessment, we are identifying the key controls organizations need to provide confidence in their data protection. If you enjoy working in a structured environment and you have an analytical mindset, this could be the perfect match. The ideal candidate will have security, privacy, and/or IT compliance experience and will be able to demonstrate an ability to craft controls and analyze data protection risk and compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Audit, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance and Security, Information Technologies, or Accounting, or related fields preferred or equivalent work experience
5+ years of professional experience working with controls – development and testing, preferred experience with security, privacy, or IT controls
6+ years of compliance experience with security and/or privacy related regulations, standards, frameworks (e.g., HITRUST, SOX, NIST, ISO2700x, COBIT, PCI, HIPAA, PDPA, GDPR, AICPA TSC)
Proven experience designing, documenting, and implementing a control environment
Proven experience assessing control operation and design effectiveness, including risk mitigation
Experience presenting compliance and risk mitigation concepts and controls rationalization to internal and external stakeholders
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to travel up to 15%
CCSFP, CISA, CISSP, HCISPP, CISM, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPT, CIA or similar certification highly preferred
Familiarity with the application and assessment of safeguards utilizing the HITRUST CSF a plus

Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
Able to organize and track projects; has strong project management skills
Able to develop and apply complex concepts using strong analytical skills
An intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel; similar fluency with business intelligence, analytics, visual presentation, and collaboration platforms and tools a plus
