Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to research, formulate, and present arguments on a variety of issues
Strong oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized team worker with project management skills
Ability to understand/document process flows (Visio experience a plus)
Broad understanding of procurement processes (including strategic sourcing) a plus
Broad knowledge of database architecture, business intelligence tools and General Ledger Accounting
Ability to work well in both team and independent environments
