The Ohio University College of Business announces a nationwide search to recruit one or more Tenure-Track Assistant Professors of Analytics and Information Systems (AIS). The positions seek candidates that have obtained, or will obtain by start date, a Ph.D. or are ABD with the ability to engage in a dynamic Information Systems and Analytics teaching and research environment. If ABD, candidates must obtain Ph.D. within one year of the start date. These positions will have a 4-courses/year load for the first two years and 5-courses/year after that. We are primarily interested in candidates with the ability to teach in business systems development (programming) areas, but we also value skills in business intelligence and analytics (predictive and prescriptive analytics).
Ohio University's College of Business is a top-ranked, AACSB-accredited business school that offers a hands-on, personalized experience for students at the undergraduate and gradual levels. The undergraduate business curriculum emphasizes applied learning and student engagement and includes MIS and Analytics majors.
