This position is responsible for working with the LCMC Health system and hospital marketing team members to develop, coordinate and monitor comprehensive marketing strategies for LCMC Health and its partner hospitals that drive and support key strategic business goals. This self-directed, critical leader will report to LCMC Health's Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications and manage the activities, resources, and personnel of the LCMC Health CRM department and vendor partners.
This position will develop and implement research-based, results-driven marketing plans and collateral, leading the system’s CRM and marketing automation initiatives with a strong focus on digital marketing on behalf of LCMC Health and its hospitals to support organizational strategy and advance the brand. As the system's CRM superuser and subject matter expert, this position provides marketing vision, innovation and leadership to CRM, marketing automation and digital CRM initiatives and is responsible for collaborating with the digital team to develop and execute a clearly defined plan to integrate CRM into web, digital, social and traditional marketing and communications initiatives. This is a hands-on position, requiring proficiency in CRM, project management and content creation.
This position regularly provides and presents research and insights to senior leaders, contributing to the strategic and business planning activities of the system and its hospitals. This position also uses multiple data points, including consumer research and CRM data, to develop messages that engage target audiences across multiple channels. The position should have a strong understanding of our healthcare market, including competitors, industry and market driving forces impacting both consumers and physicians.
A minimum of five years of experience in staff and vendor relationship management.
Experience delivering multifaceted CRM, marketing automation, web, social and mobile digitally driven campaigns from strategy through execution.
Professional experience in the healthcare industry, CRM systems and EHRs
Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
Experience with graphic design software and video production and editing tools is a plus.
Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations or related field.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or a related healthcare field preferred.
Detail-oriented approach with proven track record of successful project management, budget management and ability to balance multiple priorities and tasks within tight timeframes with minimal supervision.
Familiarity working in large, matrixed organizations and ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM, email marketing and marketing automation tools.

Leads and oversees the organization’s CRM and marketing automation platforms and the CRM's integration into digital and all marketing activities.
Provides guidance and training while working closely and collaboratively with hospital marketing and system digital teams to coordinate CRM and marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple platforms. Responsible for LCMC Health CRM budget and contract with vendor. Manage relationships and coordination with key system and hospital departments in support of CRM initiatives, such as IT and Revenue Cycle. Manages, mentors and directs marketing staff assigned to the project, vendors and interns. Provides CRM budget allocation guidance to hospital teams through analysis and forecasting.
Collect, analyze and report performance data documenting marketing CRM initiatives and demonstrating the financial and business impact and insights at the hospital and system level for distribution to hospital and system leadership, along with recommendations for strategy adjustments and accomplishments.
Responsible for defining, implementing and managing ongoing utilization of analytics and reporting tools and dashboards to monitor CRM campaign performance and overall metrics of CRM initiatives, and actionable insights to continuously improve campaign results. Responsible for creating and delivering executive presentations to diverse stakeholder groups to communicate ROI and impact of marketing team
Formulates strategies based on environmental analysis, market research, competitive analysis, operational availability and coordinates strategies while maintaining the integrity of the overall LCMC Health organizational goals.
Integrates information and strategies with other Marketing and Communications staff in an effort to develop a seamless marketing system. Works closely and collaboratively with the Digital team to coordinate the reporting of results clearly and concisely as it relates to the impact on the business and/or strategic priorities of the organization.
Effectively lead team in prioritizing and successfully managing competing project deadlines within a defined budget and timeline. Serve as default lead for all CRM initiatives, while providing development opportunities and regular feedback to staff members to create a dynamic and rewarding professional environment.
Actively contributes to the system’s strategic business planning and the marketing team’s annual planning and budgeting process.
Provide and present strategic analysis and business intelligence reports with key insights to senior leadership in support of strategic system and hospital initiatives. Contribute to annual strategic planning, recommending short- and long-term system goals and objectives to the LCMC Health SVP of Marketing. In collaboration with the LCMC Health Director of Marketing and SVP of Marketing, recommend, develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to ensure smooth operation of system marketing team function. Keep informed of developments in the fields of marketing, healthcare, digital technology solutions and not-for-profit management.
