About the Role:
Leads Delivery initiatives through interactions with cross-functional business partners. Provides leadership in the integration /implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross-functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary. Works with functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with WF strategy /policies and business line objectives. Develops dashboards, metrics and tracks/evaluates trends of volumes across various teams, services and initiatives. Ensures plans/programs adhere to Organizational policies.
Responsible for leading cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity as listed below:
Perform qualitative and quantitative research across End User and Collaboration Services capabilities such as IT Asset Management, Software & Hardware Move-Add-Change
Build Dashboards & Reports using Excel and other BI reporting tools.
Define Key metrics, monitor & evaluate trends on periodic basis.
Drive E&E & Cost reductions through innovative solutions and supporting cost Transparency.
Business Relationship management.
Continuous Service Improvement and Management.
Provides leadership in the integration/ implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross-functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.
Prepare regular dashboards on Asset forecasts, Usage statistics, key operational metrics & KPIs for executive level briefing (CIO dashboard views) that reflect efficiency & effectiveness of the business, present to various stakeholders.
Perform Volumetric Analysis based on time, region & function to derive actionable outcomes to improve turn-around times & efficiency.
University degree in Business or related discipline.
8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Data Analysis, implementation of initiatives, or strategic planning.
Ability to influence outcomes and results; ability to connect numbers to scenarios and plans.
Strong communication skills; Metric oriented, prior experience in leading & driving Service Delivery initiatives.
Strong Presentation skills and high levels of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel.
Experience in Data Analysis.
Basic Microsoft Office skills, Basic understanding of SDLC and ITIL methodologies.
Experience in Power BI, Tableau & any other Business Intelligence tools.
Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions.
