The Alpha organization is accountable for our State Street's front-to-back platform strategy and delivery. As a part of the Alpha strategy, the Digital Experience vision is to provide market-leading digital experience for client segments and personas that is unified across touchpoints and multiple channels to reinforce our brand. This role will report to the Head of MyStateStreet/Digital Experience Strategy and is responsible for driving and contributing to the digital experience strategy and roadmap. The candidate will apply product management, technology, and business expertise to help transform our digital experience. In addition, the candidate will partner closely with leaders around the organization, including Product, Segments, Technology, and other corporate functions.
The candidate will perform a key role in Digital Experience by:
Defining and implementing digital experience strategy and solutions in alignment with strategy and priorities
Developing and driving execution of API strategy:
Develop API strategy and drive implementation in collaboration with Data, Technology, and business teams
Define operating model and business processes
Data enrichment to deliver data that is fit for purpose for client needs and integration with client systems
Developing data analysis and insights to inform key business decisions and implementation planning
Ability to conduct strategic research and provide summary on insights trends, benchmarks, and best practices
Developing requests for information in a clear and concise manner to ensure effective data gathering and analysis
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to take ownership and accountability to drive delivery and execution
Contributing effectively in a team environment and builds strong relationships with team members including virtual teams
Partnering with key stakeholders to develop business case and strategic evaluation
Providing communication and strategic recommendation to key stakeholders and senior management
Managing risks, issues and dependencies effectively across complex, enterprise-wide programs
Identifying and implementing continuous process improvements to enhance quality, timely, and cost-effective service delivery
The candidate must have experience managing information delivery, reporting, and business intelligence products.
Experience with product design and delivery in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
Demonstrated track record of driving cross-functional teams, and of leading product/customer experience product launches
Demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer facing products
Ability to balance customer-centricity, stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility for software product or product line
Experience in facilitating technical discussions with technology and business leaders
Ability to manage throughout the full SDLC of a program, manage budgets and risk/issues effectively
Skilled in critical thinking and problem solving
Excellent presentation, communication skills, and collaboration skills
Experience in a strategic consulting role is desirable
