Your role Senior Data Engineers will be our experts who will have a passion for developing in-depth knowledge of clients' data challenges. The applicant will have responsibility for:
Be based in and work in our Belfast studio with the potential requirement to work on client site depending on need.
Lead the design of analytical solutions from initial data assessment to development and deployment of models
Focus on exceeding client expectations and delivering against our continuous improvement goals, taking a client problem and turning it into a technical solution.
Provide technical oversight for other team members, providing mentoring and guidance on technologies and methodologies.
Participate in the full service lifecycle, from design to sales, through to setup and delivery.

Skills in the Base SAS programming language
Exploitation of unstructured and structured data
Skills in complimentary programming languages and software e.g. Unix, SQL, IBM Flow Manager etc
A broad understanding of the values of business intelligence, data management or analytics
Data architecture and modelling (including ETL, star schema, SCD, MDM, Kimball, Inmon)
Production/implementation of large scale BI, data management or analytics systems
Business consulting: Experience of working with clients to understand, refine and execute technology-enabled change projects.
Team working: A strong background in collaborative working with other creative and passionate data engineers
Management of junior resource to deliver packages of work as a part of larger projects / programmes
Experience of contributing to sales - including the development of new business, bids and expansion on existing accounts
Manage stakeholders using clear communications and be able to form strong client relationships
Demonstrate a clear understanding of risk in relation to delivery projects
